Please keep in mind that new rugs may initially shed and have a natural capacity to shed for several months after purchase. This is normal due to the nature of construction of most wool rugs and not a defect.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• In its original, unused, undamaged condition
• Not washed, altered, or showing signs of wear

Rug pads, clearance items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@treasuredknots.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number.

We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

• If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
