Treasured Knots Shipping Policy

At Treasured Knots, we believe every rug deserves a journey as thoughtful as its craftsmanship. Here’s how we ship your woven treasures:

Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $199

We offer free standard shipping on most U.S. orders over $199, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations. This applies to the lower 48 states only.

  • Orders under $149: Calculated at checkout
  • Oversized or LTL shipments: Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited shipping: Available upon request

 

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Most rugs ship within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically 5–7 business days
  • Some items may require longer handling due to size, origin, or customization

Carriers & Tracking

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on destination and rug dimensions.

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
  • Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours
  •  International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada only. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Damaged Shipments

If your rug arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@treasuredknots.com within 48 hours
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage
  • Retain the packaging and rug until the carrier completes inspection

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Failure to retain the item may affect eligibility
