Tip: We recommend the use of a non-skid pad to keep the rug in place on smooth surfaces. All rug sizes are approximate. Due to the difference of monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors accurately. Please refer to the product title and below list for a description of the colors shown in the photos. Please keep in mind that new rugs may initially shed and have a natural capacity to shed for several months after purchase. This is normal due to the nature of construction of most wool rugs and not a defect.

We want you to feel confident when choosing a handcrafted rug for your home. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, we offer a simple 14-day return policy.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• In its original, unused, undamaged condition
• Not washed, altered, or showing signs of wear

Rug pads, clearance items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@treasuredknots.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number.

We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

• If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
