Returns & Refunds

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order has been placed. After that, the order has more than likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Unfortunately, it is out of our hands once this takes effect. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.


If your item/s are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied etc, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your item/s.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, please send photos to as soon as you have received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do not return anything before we review the case. Once your request has been reviewed, we will send further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition (if incorrectly supplied), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the event an item was supplied incorrectly or was faulty, Treasure Knot will refund the cost of shipping items back ( Shipping Receipt required as proof ). If the item was bought in error or from change of mind then the buyer is responsible for cost incurred. Items returned under false circumstances will not be refunded for shipping costs incurred.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
